Meet Our Team & Board
Tracey joins Pass It Along with 20 years of nonprofit management experience working with some of the top nonprofits throughout the country, including three affiliates of Big Brothers Big Sisters, Make-A-Wish, and Girl Scouts. Early in her career, Tracey learned firsthand the ripple effect of having a positive impact in the lives of children and adolescents. Since then she had dedicated her career to making a difference to help youth reach their highest potential.
Pass It Along is doing that as well and so much more, which is why she is so grateful to have the opportunity to lead the organization into the future. Tracey believes “it takes a village” and is excited to work with the community of supporters, donors, and volunteers that Pass It Along has created who are committed to building confident, compassionate, and resilient teenagers through self-discovery, leadership and volunteerism.

Accounting & Book Keeping
Heather began her time with Pass It Along as a parent of a teen who is heavily involved with the leadership and volunteer opportunities provided by the organization. When the need arose for a professional to handle the accounting and bookkeeping, Heather saw the chance to combine her professional skills with her passion for Pass It Along. Heather is a CPA with over 20 years of professional experience in the areas of accounting, tax, audit and financial reporting. She is thrilled to be able to use those skills to further the mission of Pass It Along.
