So...Life

So...Life is a dynamic, eight-week program focused on developing a positive sense of self in order to enhance, build, and restore one’s confidence and strength to fulfill and reach one’s full potential.

This program includes four weeks of workshops centered around; self-discovery, self-assessment and worth, goal- setting, feeling comfortable in your own skin, celebrating strengths and identifying weakness.

The final four weeks include guest speakers, embracing nature, and volunteer work and/or service projects.
